Sausage Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage gluten free
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) Original Rotel
  • 1 bag of your favorite tortilla chips for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, cook sausage over medium/high heat, about 8-10 minutes.
  • As sausage is cooking use a heat proof spatula to break up the sausage into small pieces.
  • While the sausage is cooking, cut up the cream cheese block into 8 pieces, set aside.
  • Once sausage is done and browned, reduce heat to medium and add the entire can of Rotel.
  • Next, add the cream cheese pieces to the pot and stir all ingredients.
  • Set lid back on pot and allow the sausage dip to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cream cheese has melted and the dip is bubbling hot it is ready to serve with tortilla chips.
