In a medium pot, cook sausage over medium/high heat, about 8-10 minutes.
As sausage is cooking use a heat proof spatula to break up the sausage into small pieces.
While the sausage is cooking, cut up the cream cheese block into 8 pieces, set aside.
Once sausage is done and browned, reduce heat to medium and add the entire can of Rotel.
Next, add the cream cheese pieces to the pot and stir all ingredients.
Set lid back on pot and allow the sausage dip to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cream cheese has melted and the dip is bubbling hot it is ready to serve with tortilla chips.
