Gluten Free Breakfast Gravy is what will be on our breakfast table Christmas morning. Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits and Gluten Free Breakfast Gravy is a classic southern breakfast that can be ready and on the table in less than 30 minutes. This breakfast is one our favorites that we love to eat on weekends and the holidays. I wanted to make this recipe as simple as possible without having to mix flours and gluten free starches to thicken the gravy. So, with the help of Cup 4 Cup Multipurpose Gluten Free Flour, I was able to keep this recipe simple, easy, and fast. The gravy is so thick and creamy, no will ever know it’s gluten free!

Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits

I serve this gravy over top of my Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits. These biscuits are easy to make and only call for a few ingredients. Plus, I make them with Cup 4 Cup Multipurpose Gluten Free Flour. You can find that recipe here with step by step instructions and pictures on the biscuit making process.

Gluten Free Breakfast Gravy

Sausage can be a grey area when eating gluten free. However, a lot of major grocery store brands have stepped it up and now offer gluten free sausage. Just remember when purchasing sausage from the grocery store, read the label to ensure it’s gluten free.

For several years now, I have ordered my sausage and meat from a company called Butcher Box. Butcher Box offers clean meat with high quality standards that is delivered right to your door. Plus, all of their meat is gluten free, which takes the stress out buying meat. It makes it easier for me to shop at the grocery store because I just have to buy produce and pantry items. Check them out and see if you think it’s a fit for you and your family. They usually run a promotion when you sign up, which is a nice added benefit.
