About Me

Well hello you and welcome to my table! I’m Lindsey and I’m so excited that you’re here! I love to cook and enjoy creating good ol’ southern food in gluten-free form. I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but it’s possible! I also love all things southern… monograms, pearls, hot rollers, and a great manicure. A bold red lip, a strand of pearls, and a little sparkle accessorizes its way into all my outfit selections. I’m a big fan of Jane Austen and my favorite movie is, “Steel Magnolias.” So much so that at my bridal shower the cake was a big grey armadillo. (Yes, it was red velvet!) My day job is working as a registered nurse. However, after a long day of work, I love nothing more to than unwinding in my kitchen and gathering around the table. So, please be my guest and have just a seat because this is Lindsey’s Table.
